Charles Bridge (Prague)

Spanning over 500 metres across the Vltava River in central Prague, Charles Bridge is widely considered to be one of the most astonishing Gothic bridges still in existence. It links the Old Town with Prague Castle, and for centuries was the only link across the water. It dates back to the 14th century and still retains most of its original features.
