Disneyland Paris

Disneyland® Paris - A magical kingdom of fun for kids
Located just 20 miles east of Paris at Marne-La- Vallee, lies the vast and incredibly popular Disneyland®Paris complex, a magical theme park of fun and fantasy for kids of all ages. Based on the original Disney Park in California, it is unashamedly American in style from its architecture and cuisine, right down to its 7 resort hotels themed to represent a different region of the USA. It comprises two separate theme parks - Disneyland®Park and Walt Disney Studios with the former housing the lion's share of attractions and rides and able to accommodate up to 50,000 visitors a day. Set between the two is an entertainment village of bars, restaurants, shopping and two golf courses - especially popular with parents! In addition to the branded Disney hotels in the park, there are numerous nearby accommodation available with free shuttle transportation to the attractions encompassing everything from luxury suites to basic guest rooms. For things to do in Paris, take a visit to Disneyland®.

Disneyland®Paris - Thrilling rollercoaster rides and wholesome family entertainment
Disneyland®Paris breaks are sure to witness the noise and vitality of its traditional Main Street parades and shows with all the famous Disney characters making an appearance. It provides a truly magical experience for young children. The variety of attractions available in the park is simply amazing with literally something for all ages, adults included. Enjoy cinemas, live shows, sports, amusement arcades and rollercoaster’s. However it is the high adrenaline rides that are most popular and provide the undoubted highlight of a Disneyland®Paris short break. Space Mountain (which has been long running) offers high speed thrills in total darkness or brave the hairpin turns and sharp drops of the Temple of Peril. There are simulator rides aplenty and numerous gentle rollercoaster’s suitable for young children.

Disneyland® Paris - Equally convenient for day trips or long weekends
The adjacent Walt Disney Studios® Park highlights the magic of the silver screen with an informative tram tour through the history of cinema. There is a rip roaring stunt show spectacular and movie themed rollercoaster’s. Dining is a generally casual affair outside the major resort hotels with predominantly American and European dishes and fast food outlets. There is a more varied choice in the evenings in the entertainment village along with several vibrant bars. Paris city breaks often include a day trip to the park but even a longer stay is unlikely to generate any boredom from kids with so much to experience day and night. Disneyland®Paris short breaks are incredibly accessible, just a short journey by RER metro from central Paris. For even more convenience, Eurostar has daily direct high speed train services from central London right to the park gates.
