This purpose-built station dedicated solely to Eurostar is situated in Kent and convenient for those living in the South East including Sussex, Essex, Hampshire and Surrey. The state-of-the-art terminal offers:-

• Parking for up to 2000 cars (£1 for up to 1 hour / £4.50 for up to 5 hours / £11.50 for 24 hours).
• Multi-lingual Customer Service staff
• Bureau de Change
• Cafes offering a range of food and refreshments
• Parent and Baby room

Ticket on Departure/e-tickets
The easy to use e-ticket machines are situated next to the check-in gates at Ashford International terminal. Passengers should arrive at least 45 minutes before departure of their train (please note that during busy periods such as public holidays/weekends etc we suggest that you arrive at least 1 hour before departure of your train). Using touch-screen technology you enter the Eurostar 8 letter reference issued at the time of booking. Your booking details will be displayed on screen and the tickets printed out. Alternatively tickets can be collected from the Eurostar ticket office which opens 1 hour before the first departure through until 10.30pm. You will be required to produce your passport as proof of identification.
 
Directions
Ashford International is served by numerous rail services from all over Kent and Sussex (please see our useful links page for the National Rail Enquiries website) and there is a connecting subway between the mainline station and Eurostar terminal. For those travelling by car there are excellent links via the M20 and M25 and the station is approximately a 10 minute drive from Junction 10 off the M20. The Eurostar terminal has space for up to 2000 cars. Parking costs £1 for up to 1 hour / £4.50 for up to 5 hours / £11.50 for 24 hours and is payable at the terminal before returning to your car.
