Eurostar City Breaks

Eurostar E-Tickets

It is now possible to have an efficient e-ticketing system for your Eurostar journey. Passengers can collect their tickets from the easy to use e-ticket machines located in London St Pancras InternationalAshford International and Ebbsfleet International, or from the tickets desks in other Eurostar stations.

All passengers should arrive at least 45 minutes before departure of their train (please note that during busy periods such as public holidays/weekends etc we suggest that you arrive at least 1 hour before departure of your train). Using touch-screen technology you enter the Eurostar 8 letter reference issued at the time of booking (for collecting tickets in France or Belgium you will be issued with a 6 letter reference). Your booking details will be displayed on screen and the tickets printed out. For return journeys, passengers will be issued with tickets for both directions of travel.

Passengers are able to collect their tickets prior to departure cutting down the check-in time required to at least 30 minutes (please note that during busy periods such as public holidays/weekend etc we suggest that if you already have your tickets you arrive at least 45 minutes before departure of your train).
