"Good and interactive website - needed to change a double bedded room to twin bedded and this was done most efficiently and promptly. Excellent hotel in Madrid (Mayorazgo Hotel) provided as part of the package - a real Spanish hotel, spotlessly clean and with delightful staff. The whole holiday was excellent. Thank you."
