The Church of Our Lady (Bruges)

Bruges possesses many captivating places of worship, but none quite as special as the medieval masterpiece that is the Church of Our Lady. Founded way back in the 13th century, its soaring bell tower rises over 400 feet above the city streets and is the second tallest brickwork tower in the world. It took the best part of two centuries to construct and it is not difficult to see why.
