Eurostar Paris Gare du Nord
The Eurostar terminal is located on the first floor of the Gare du Nord station in central Paris. The station offers:-
• Passenger lifts
• Multi-lingual Customer Service staff
• Bureau de Change
• Souvenir and Gift Shops
• Cafes offering a range of food and refreshments
• Business Lounge (for passengers with Business Premier tickets or Carte Blanche holders only)
• Left luggage facilities
Ticket on Departure/e-tickets
e-ticket machines can be found in the Eurostar ticket office area on the mezzanine level. Using touch-screen technology you enter the Eurostar 6 letter reference issued at the time of booking. Your booking details will be displayed on screen and the tickets printed out. All passengers should arrive at least 45 minutes before departure of their train (please note that during busy periods such as public holidays/weekends etc we suggest that you arrive at least 1 hour before departure of your train).
Directions
The Gare du Nord station is served by the metro (Lines 4 and 5) and the RER suburban rail services (RER B, D and E), both are accessible from the main station. There are also numerous bus services (see our useful links page for the RATP website). A taxi rank is situated on the ground floor of the station.
